Absolutely. Many patients begin with a standalone consultation or service, and then choose whether to continue with membership based on their needs and goals.
Membership provides ongoing, unlimited access and full health optimization support. Standalone services are for patients who want focused help with a specific issue or who prefer a pay-as-you-go model.
Longevity Medicine focuses on optimizing your healthspan — the number of years you live in good health — through proactive screenings, lifestyle strategies, and personalized prevention planning. It’s about staying stronger, sharper, and more active longer.
Longevity medicine prioritizes cardiovascular health, metabolic health, cognitive health, and cancer screening in order to prevent disease and age well.
Dr. Mueller takes the time to connect the dots across all your health systems. Instead of rushing through 10-minute visits, she focuses on root causes, personalized data, lifestyle medicine, and true prevention — not just managing disease.
Yes. Dr. Mueller provides personalized hormone optimization for women experiencing perimenopause or menopause, and for men managing low testosterone, adrenal fatigue, and metabolic shifts.
Bioidentical hormones, when prescribed and monitored correctly, can be a safe and effective option for symptom relief and long-term wellness. Dr. Mueller uses lab-based dosing and regular follow-up to ensure safety and effectiveness.
In some cases, testosterone therapy can impact fertility. Dr. Mueller discusses all options thoroughly and tailors treatment based on each patient’s personal and family goals.
A DEXA scan measures body composition — including fat mass, lean muscle mass, and bone density — giving a more detailed picture of your health than a basic scale or BMI calculation.
For the scan, avoid any clothing with metal such as zippers, snaps, etc. They cannot be worn during the test. We can provide a gown if needed.
VO2 Max testing measures your body’s ability to use oxygen during exercise. It’s a key marker for cardiovascular fitness, aerobic capacity, and even long-term health and longevity.
For the test, do not eat anything heavy for 3 hours prior. Dress in comfortable clothes and wear running/tennis shoes.
An RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate) test measures the number of calories your body burns at rest to maintain essential functions like breathing, circulation, and cell repair. It helps determine your baseline metabolism so nutrition and fitness plans can be tailored more accurately.
Most patients benefit from annual DEXA and VO2 Max testing to track fitness, body composition, and risk factors. Dr. Mueller personalizes timing based on your health goals and changes.
